What’s New

Users can now add or update their profile photo directly from the their PitCrew Account page. This enhancement lets you personalize your PitCrew profile by uploading an image of your choice.How it works:

• Navigate to Account → Profile Settings
• Click “Add Image” or “Change Photo”
• Upload your preferred profile photo (supported file types: .jpg, .jpeg, .png, .webp)
• Save your changes to update your PitCrew profile

What’s New

We've introduced two new labor metrics to the service analytics.

• Active Labor Time: Tracks total labor work time in bay across workers during an active service. For example, two workers active for two minutes equals four labor minutes.

• Idle Time: Measures time when no workers are detected in the bay during an active service.

What’s New

Privacy Blur automatically applies a pixelation mask to detected people within images, helping protect privacy while maintaining operational visibility. This setting can be toggled on or off at the location level, instantly applying across all images in the application.
