Enhanced Gamification:

  • Streak Tracking: Bays hitting target service streaks (3+ consecutive on-target services) are now highlighted with a fire emoji.
  • Top Performance Badge: The bay with the best average service time automatically receives a  badge for quick visual recognition on the dashboard.

What’s New

Labor data reflects how many workers were observed in a bay during the course of a service. This is calculated after service completion, using the following metrics:

  • Maximum Observed Workers: The highest number of workers present in the bay at one time during a service.
  • Minimum Observed Workers: The lowest number of workers observed in the bay at any time during the service duration.
  • Average Observed Workers: The mean number of workers present, averaged across the duration of the service.

These labor insights are viewable in the Service Details Panel and Recent Service Page within the PitCrew application.
